Exploring new building blocks for solution-processable polymeric semiconductors has attracted much attention. We herein develop two isomeric benzothiophene-flanked diketopyrrolopyrrole polymers with different linkage positions and further systematically study the electronic structures, optical properties, and field-effect characteristics.
