The organic layer was dried and then anhydrous magnesium sulfate (MgSO4), washed with brine, chromatography and the filtrate was purified by silica gel column chromatography (dichloromethane: methanol, 30: 1, v / v) to give the target compound as a yellow 82% of the number to 112mg to give the (0.18mmol).
