General procedure: 3-Substituted propiolic acid (0.5 mmol) was dissolved in methanol (2 mL) followed by addition of appropriate 2-bromophenethylamine (0.5 mmol), aldehyde (0.5 mmol) and isocyanide (0.5 mmol).
