After 68 hours,The mixture was poured into a separatory funnel with 100 mL of ethyl acetate,Wash the solution five times with saturated brine (100 mL), extract the origin with 100 mL of silica gel, dry the organic layer with magnesium sulfate,The solvent was removed under reduced pressure to obtain a yellow viscous substance.Thereafter, using 350 mL of silica gel, using hexane: toluene = 1: 1 as a developing solvent,Purification by column chromatography (Rf = 2.8) gave 3.0 g of the desired product.
